Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order or before the project initiation phase begins.
Once the project strategy, design, or campaign execution has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted, as resources and time are already allocated to the service.
If a client wishes to discontinue an ongoing service, they may submit a written request to our support team at info@secondtales.com. Any approval will be at the sole discretion of the management based on the project stage.
2. Non-Cancellable Services
Second Tales Digital Marketing Agency provides digital services such as branding, social media management, SEO, content creation, and advertising campaigns.
Hence, once the service has been initiated or delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to the intangible nature of digital work.
Projects involving custom design, strategy planning, ad execution, or third-party costs (ads, tools, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.
3. Quality Issues
If you believe the service delivered does not match the agreed scope or deliverables, please report the issue to our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will review the concern and, if found valid, provide one of the following resolutions:
